IT Architect Seniors- Senior CPQ Solution Architect

Position Overview

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks an IT Architect Senior—Senior CPQ Solution Architect to be based in Jacksonville, FL. The role will create and maintain the technical vision and roadmap for corporate applications that support Sales, Pricing, and Customer Service Management (CSM) functions.

Work closely with the Senior Director of Corporate Applications and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality of the solutions. Ensure technical solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and compliant with FIS standards and best practices. Collaborate with other architects and engineers to integrate corporate applications with other FIS systems and platforms. Create and maintain architecture and design documents for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and its interactions with upstream and downstream systems.

Provide technical guidance, oversight, and code reviews for development teams. Research and evaluate new technologies and frameworks to improve corporate application capabilities and performance. Provide technical direction for platform issues and resolve through collaboration and transparency. Develop strategies to improve performance and usage of corporate applications. Implement and maintain testing, deployment, and configuration management processes and tools. Design disaster recovery and business continuity strategies to ensure resilience and reliability.

Translate business needs into technical solutions and present architecture to senior management, business owners, and developers.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in a related occupation.
• Experience as an Oracle CPQ Cloud Solution Architect.
• Proficiency with BML, JavaScript, CSS, XSL, XML, and HTML.
• Experience utilizing Oracle CPQ processes, workflows, configuration, customization, and integration.
• Experience working with Oracle CPQ Cloud and related systems downstream from Dynamics 365 for Services (CRM), including Dynamics 365 for Sales, Service Now, email systems, chat systems, social media platforms, survey tools, feedback tools, and client service engagement platforms.
• Experience architecting interconnected platforms with back-end, middle-end, and front-end development.
• Experience designing and implementing SOAP & REST APIs and orchestration engines.
• Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

• In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a Master’s degree in the above fields with three (3) years of the listed skills may be acceptable.
