• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Oversee the implementation of agile methodologies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
• Provide guidance and support to the development team to ensure timely and high‑quality deliverables.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross‑functional teams.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress.
• Ensure the team is focused on delivering value to the customer and meeting project goals.
• Monitor and report on team performance and progress to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
• Coach team members on agile best practices and principles.
• Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives and customer needs.
• Drive the adoption of agile tools and practices to enhance team productivity.

• Seeking a Scrum Master with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
• Strong background as a Scrum Master.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs.

Applications will be accepted until 08/02/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $64,025 and $94,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
