Microsoft Systems Engineer

Overview

We’re partnering with a team focused on security and collaboration platforms to bring on an experienced Microsoft 365 expert — and this is much more than a typical admin or developer role.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assess and analyze the current M365 environment
• Track Microsoft roadmap updates and evaluate impact
• Partner with architects and platform teams to enable new features (Teams, Entra , Intune, etc.)
• Provide recommendations on rollout, usage, and platform standards
• Help drive adoption, alignment, and consistency across tools

• Strong experience across Microsoft 365 (Teams, Entra , Intune, Exchange, etc.)
• Background in enterprise environments with cross‑functional collaboration
• Ability to translate new features into actionable rollout plans
• Comfortable working with architects, security teams, and platform owners
• Familiarity with M365 roadmap / Message Center is a big plus
• Relevant Microsoft certifications highly preferred
• Experience Level: Mid‑Expert Level

This is a Contract position based out of Grand Rapids, MI. This is a fully remote position.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $62.00/hr.
