Senior Solution Engineer - EPM

Job Description

Senior Solutions Engineer – remote based role reporting to the Director of Solutions Engineering. Focus on budgeting and consolidation business unit.

• Develop deep understanding of solutions, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with sales team to identify client needs and tailor presentations.
• Conduct product demonstrations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Design custom solutions aligned with client business processes and objectives.
• Assist in crafting detailed proposals and responses to RFPs.
• Gather insights from prospect interactions to inform product development.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales engineering, presales, solutions consulting or engineering role in EPM, ERP, or financial software industry.
• Proficiency in EPM and/or ERP platforms with solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey complex technical concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive approach to identifying and addressing client challenges.

• Experience supporting a software platform or product in a customer‑facing B2B environment.
• Experience with SAP and/or Oracle platforms.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Salary range: USD  to  annually.
