Sourcing Lead

Our client is seeking a Sourcing Lead to drive strategic procurement initiatives across professional services categories including consulting, IT, staffing, legal, and BPO services. This individual will play a key role in managing vendor relationships, leading sourcing events, and partnering with internal stakeholders to optimize supplier performance, cost, and service delivery. This is a fully remote position.

Sourcing Lead's Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across professional services categories including consulting, IT, staffing, legal, and BPO
• Manage the full supplier selection and qualification process, including RFIs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, and vendor onboarding
• Negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), pricing structures, and contract terms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal business stakeholders
• Partner with legal, finance, and business teams to ensure contracts align with company policies and objectives

Sourcing Lead's Qualifications and Skills

• At least 5 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience
• Experience sourcing professional services within consulting, IT, staffing, legal, or BPO categories
• Strong experience negotiating SOWs, MSAs, and vendor agreements
• Hands-on experience leading RFI, RFP, and supplier evaluation processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
