Project Lead, IT​/Tech, Data Engineer

As a Project Lead, you will manage cross-functional coordination, track deliverables, and support platform and data engineering initiatives. You will ensure alignment between business, engineering, and AI stakeholders. Your role will be pivotal in planning, monitoring, and implementing moderate to complex business solutions.

• 10 years of experience leading technical projects in data, analytics, and cloud environments.
• Experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage business intelligence, big data, and analytics projects.
• Experience with healthcare data initiatives and familiarity with standards such as FHIR, CCDA, and HL7.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
• Strong communication skills for translating complex technical concepts.
• Proven leadership skills managing cross-functional teams and complex project timelines.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Azure Dev Ops, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms and enterprise applications.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.

• Familiarity with healthcare or other regulated environments.
• Experience supporting AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• TOGAF, Cloud Solution Architecture, or Azure/AWS/GCP certifications preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Strong consulting and facilitation skills.
