Job Description

Security Train and Awareness Analyst – We are hiring a remote position with occasional onsite visits. Must reside in the St. Louis area and be available for onsite work twice a month.

Technology role responsible for developing the full range of professional, business or technical capabilities required by the organization, developing learning and development strategies and policies, identifying appropriate learning solutions, accreditations and qualifications, selecting, tailoring and adopting skills and competency frameworks, and operating learning management systems to administer, document, track and report on learning activities.

• Develop and implement an IT Security Awareness Communication plan that includes formal enterprise‑wide articles, targeted email campaigns and internal social media posts.
• Provide ongoing written communication of upcoming IT Security initiatives and programs as well as articles about security current events that impact the BJC workforce.
• Manage the IT Security Website – internal to IT Security, internal to BJC and public‑facing for BJC patients and patient families.
• Develop and implement an enterprise‑wide training program that includes New Hire Orientation, Semi‑Annual Security Awareness Events, Ad‑Hoc Events, Phishing Campaigns and Security Awareness Videos.
• May be part of an after‑hours on‑call rotation.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2‑5 years of experience.
• Preferred licenses and certifications: CIA Certified, Information Privacy Professional, CISA Certified, Information Systems Manager CISSP, Certified in Risk & Information Systems Control (CRISC).
