About the Role:

We are looking for a Web Engineer to help us build, scale, and optimize Even Up's marketing website. This role is equal parts execution and innovation. You will contribute to the day-to-day development of our marketing website while actively pushing the boundaries of what a lean, AI-native team can ship.

You will be embedded in the Growth team, working closely with one other web engineer. You will collaborate across Marketing (Growth, PMM, Brand, Corporate Marketing, etc.) to deliver fast, flexible, high-quality web experiences that directly impact pipeline and revenue. You are someone who has strong frontend fundamentals, reaches for AI tools instinctively, and cares about the business outcomes your work drives, not just the code you write.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain scalable Word Press components, templates, and building blocks
• Develop reusable patterns that enable fast page creation and iteration across the team
• Partner with design to implement a consistent, on-brand experience across the site and contribute to a shared component library
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build and launch net-new growth experiences, think calculators, dynamic page variants, personalization experiments, and AI-assisted workflows
• Work with third-party integrations across our martech stack, CRM, analytics, tag management, and ad platforms
• Use AI-native development tools like Claude Code as a core part of your workflow, moving faster, reducing repetitive work, and raising the quality bar for the team
• Contribute to automated QA workflows, including end-to-end testing and SEO audits, so the team catches regressions and content issues before they become problems

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of professional experience in frontend web development, ideally with meaningful time spent on a marketing or growth website
• Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
• Comfortable working in a CMS environment, Word Press experience is a plus, but if you have strong fundamentals you can pick it up quickly
• You care about the output, not just the craft, you understand why page speed, SEO, and conversion rate matter, and you tie your work back to those outcomes
• Comfortable collaborating in Jira and Figma
• You are genuinely AI-native and are familiar with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
