Epic Analyst - Grand​/ADT

Position: Epic Analyst - Grand Central / ADT
Our client is seeking an Epic Analyst with deep expertise in Grand Central and ADT workflows to support and enhance their Epic environment. This role will focus on system build, optimization, and ongoing support while partnering closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders. This is a fully remote position.

Starting at $100,000/year.

Epic Analyst's Responsibilities and Duties

• Configure, build, and support Epic Grand Central and ADT modules to meet organizational needs
• Partner with clinical and operational teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Epic solutions
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes
• Participate in testing, validation, and documentation for system changes and enhancements
• Support upgrades, new implementations, and workflow optimizations

Epic Analyst's Qualifications and Skills

• Epic Grand Central certification required
• At least 3 years of experience in an Epic build and support role within a healthcare organization
• Strong understanding of ADT workflows and hospital operations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
