Provisioning Technician Intern

Location

Ann Arbor, Michigan. Must commit to working onsite at the Ann Arbor office.

• Teamwork & Growth: work closely with team members and gain skills in hardware troubleshooting, laptop builds, and asset management.

• Receive, unbox, and inspect new IT equipment (laptops, desktops, mobile devices).
• Configure and image devices according to established guidelines.
• Install and configure necessary software applications.
• Prepare and ship equipment to new hires or other departments.
• Update asset tracking systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Document all procedures and activities accurately.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware/software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related IT support role (or equivalent technical experience) or completion of 2 years of IT-related college coursework.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software; experience with Windows and macOS operating systems preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 lbs.

While the internship is onsite, candidates should be prepared to participate in video‑based interviews and virtual meetings with their camera on. Remote work is not applicable to this role.
