Role Overview
As a Site Reliability Engineer reporting to the Director of System Operations, you will play a critical role in the delivery, integration, and support of complex, distributed, high‑availability solutions for financial institutions and organizations worldwide. Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and automation tooling to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and high availability.
- Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and lead root‑cause analysis to drive continuous improvement across distributed environments.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to embed reliability and Dev Ops best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Leverage AI tooling and automation to reduce manual effort, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate delivery outcomes.
- Support real‑time, low‑latency applications while maintaining high professional standards in a client‑focused, global environment.
- Collaborate with global teams and work across complex, matrixed organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–7 years of experience in site reliability engineering, Dev Ops, or a related discipline within Agile development environments.
- Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure management, including AWS services and infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform.
- Hands‑on experience with containerization technologies, configuration management tools, and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Solid understanding of Linux operating systems, Java‑based applications, monitoring tools, performance tuning, and automation practices.

- Experience in financial services, banking, exchange, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with AI tooling and large language model integrations in operational workflows.
- Experience supporting global teams and working across complex, matrixed organizations.

- Base salary range: $81,000 - $142,000.
