-we're hiring a US-based Community Manager to own how Out Think shows up in the field. This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role centred on events, executive engagement, and community building: an opportunity to put Out Think in front of the most sophisticated security teams in the market, in person. You'll travel extensively across the US, build deep relationships with CISOs and security awareness leaders, and work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership.

What you’ll do
  • Field Events & Executive Programs. Plan and run Out Think-hosted dinners, round tables, and CISO summits across major US metros. Build a calendar of intimate, high-signal gatherings - often co-hosted with industry advisors and security leaders - that puts our category leadership in front of the right buyers and converts target accounts into pipeline.
  • Industry Conferences & Sponsor ships. Own Out Think's presence at the events that matter - RSA, Black Hat, Gartner Security & Risk, regional ISACs, and adjacent industry forums. Manage sponsorship strategy, booth experience, speaking slots, side events, swag, and lead capture end-to-end.
  • Community Building. Build and nurture a CISO and Security Awareness leader community around Out Think - peer networks, customer advisory boards, alumni programs, and ongoing forums that deepen relationships well beyond the sales cycle. Make Out Think the gravitational centre of the human risk management conversation in North America.
  • Customer Advocacy & References. Run the customer advocacy engine - references, case studies, speaking spots, award nominations, and champion programs that turn marquee customers into visible, vocal advocates across the security community.
  • Anything else that comes our way. In a growth‑stage company, scope is fluid. You'll roll up your sleeves across campaign execution, internal initiatives, and company-wide events whenever the team needs it.
Your background
  • A great attitude and high agency. You thrive in environments with ambiguity, autonomy and speed. You instinctively take ownership, operate with urgency, and bring a pioneering mindset to building something from the ground up. You embody Out Think's four enduring values - eternally pioneering, growth‑mindset, obsessed with customer success, and bias for action.
  • Events and community execution. A proven track record of designing and running enterprise‑grade, high stakes events and community programs - dinners, round tables, executive programs, and major industry conferences. SaaS or B2B tech experience is a strong advantage; cybersecurity experience is a bonus.
  • Security buyer fluency. You're comfortable in rooms full of CISOs and security leaders, can hold a credible conversation about human risk and the threat landscape, and ideally bring an existing network in the US security community. You're road‑ready, energised by travel, and at your best in person.
  • AI‑first fluency. You already use AI tools across your workflow - event planning, audience research, content production, analytics - and you're excited to push further. You instinctively look for ways to embed AI into every process you touch.
  • Structured creativity. You combine data‑driven thinking with sharp creative instincts to design experiences and programs that move the needle.
  • Cross‑functional fluency. You collaborate effectively across teams, balance alignment with speed, and know when to seek input versus push forward.
