We are looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Development Systems Senior Associate to join our development operations team located in Dublin, Ohio. In this role you will serve as the technical and operational lead for the Foundation's customer service relationship management system (CRM), ensuring accurate and reliable donor data management across fundraising activities. You will play a key role in enabling actionable insights through analytics and dashboards.

1. Build and maintain the Foundation’s CRM infrastructure to support reliable, scalable donor and fundraising operations
- Support the configuration and ongoing administration of the CRM, including custom objects, properties, pipelines, workflows, automations and user permissions
- Develop and optimize workflows, automations and integrations to improve efficiency and data flow across systems
2. Manage CRM system operations and data integrity to ensure stability, reliability and effective daily functionality
- Oversee ongoing CRM administration including user access, system configuration updates and data flow across systems
3. Build and maintain reporting tools, dashboard and KPI models to enable data‑informed decision making
- Develop and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards, data models, reporting tools and KPIs to provide insights for development efforts
- Support teams in defining reporting needs, metrics and KPIs across the development operations department.
4. Provide system support and training to ensure consistent use of CRM tools
What You Bring- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, data analytics or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in CRM administration, data operations or analytics, Hub Spot preferred
- Experience with BI tools (Qlik Sense preferred, or Tableau/Power BI equivalent)
- Working knowledge of SQL, data transformation and data pipeline concepts (ETL/ELT)
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN‑SPAM, etc.) preferred
- Experience in nonprofit, fundraising or donor data environments preferred
