This is a remote position. SIU Consultant Group is a full-service investigation firm committed to providing superior investigative services to employers, insurance carriers, public entities, third-party administrators, and legal counsel. With a reputation for integrity, discretion, and precision, we deliver factual evidence that supports risk mitigation, claims resolution, and litigation defense.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to accurately input, update, and maintain information in our digital databases. This is an easy, entry-level role ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently. No advanced technical skills are required.
Key Responsibilities- Enter data into company databases with accuracy and speed
- Update existing records and ensure data consistency
- Review and verify information for errors or inconsistencies
- Organize, sort, and maintain digital files
- Follow company guidelines for data privacy and security
- Communicate with team members to clarify data or resolve issues
- Perform basic administrative tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (typing, email, spreadsheets)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection
- Good time-management and organizational skills
- 100% remote work — flexible location

- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or related field preferred - 2+ years of experience in insurance investigations, law enforcement, or related field
- Experience conducting surveillance and writing professional reports
- Strong analytical and observational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Proficient in investigative software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
