Guide development of data analytics in various environments using structured and unstructured data. Present complex concepts in a format digestible by a diverse audience across organization. Responsible for the end-to-end data science solution design, technical delivery, & value quantification. Provide advice on ways to improve metrics, reports & analysis using BI tools. Coach junior data scientists and support their career development.

Collaborate w/business leaders to translate business goals & priorities into tactical solutions. Identify new data science capabilities & their applications in the business to advance the bank’s innovative data‑driven culture.

• Guide development of data analytics in various environments using structured and unstructured data.

• Responsible for end-to-end data science solution design, technical delivery, & value quantification.
• Provide advice on ways to improve metrics, reports, and analysis using BI tools.
• Coach junior data scientists and support their career development.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate business goals & priorities into tactical solutions.
• Identify new data science capabilities and applications in the business to advance the bank’s innovative data‑driven culture.

• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Physics).
• Minimum 2 years of post‑baccalaureate experience leveraging data science and analytics to solve business problems with relevant experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
• At least 1 year of that experience must be in the banking or finance industry.
