Job DescriptionThis job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end‑to‑end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
Responsibilities- Planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams.
- Communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end‑to‑end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards.
- Ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
- Working with software developers and product owners to analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
- Researching and evaluating new hardware and software technology solutions and assisting with decision making on the cost‑benefit analysis.
- Updating and maintaining hardware and software systems and design as needed.
- Facilitating resolution of technical issues in software systems.
- Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Technology Management, Computer Science, or related.
- 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
- Must include 4 years of experience in each of the following:
- Working with software developers (Python and Java) to analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
- Researching and evaluating new hardware and software technology solutions and help make decisions on the cost‑benefit analysis.
- Updating and maintaining hardware and software systems and design by utilizing Enterprise Management tools.
- Facilitating resolution of technical issues in software systems across software developers and infrastructure/hardware teams.

Pay and benefits information:
- Pay range: $ – $ annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
- Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
