Position: Okta Migration Specialist (Remote)

We are urgently seeking an experienced Okta Migration Specialist for a high-impact contract. The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on experience migrating from legacy or alternative IAM platforms such as Keycloak to Okta, including expertise in Customer Identity Management (CIM) and OAuth flows.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Take full end-to-end ownership of migrating 8+ applications from Keycloak to Auth0/Okta in Phase 0

Design and implement CIAM and SSO solutions across SaaS, On-Premise, and Hybrid environments

Analyze existing Keycloak configurations (multiple instances) and plan consolidated, scalable migration strategies

Configure federation with enterprise identity providers (e.g., Active Directory) to support One Password onboarding

Set up B2C self-registration workflows using Auth0/Okta forms for user creation with any email

Support applications under Identity Governance Administration (IGA):

Create user identities and roles
Configure access control policies
Support access reviews and compliance requirements

Ensure secure, seamless integration of applications into the new CIAM platform

Collaborate with offshore development/support teams and maintain continuous communication with client stakeholders

Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and support for operational handover post-migration
