IT Consultant, Systems Analyst
Principal SAP TM Enterprise Applications Consultant
As Principal Enterprise Applications Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates that suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with the organization's financial guidelines.
You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value‑adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
- The location for this position is Richardson, TX. The position may require travel and/or relocation.

- At least 11 years of experience in SAP implementation programs and strong experience in SAP Transportation Management module.
- Integration of SAP TM to all other modules of SAP.
- Experience in chemicals or other process industries.
- Hands‑on experience in SAP TM in S/4
HANA implementation programs. - Ability to handle requirement gathering, blueprint, design, configuration, functional testing, test data setup, etc.
- Ability to analyze business requirements, conceptual and detail design to meet business needs, involve necessary SAP configurations, detailed functional/technical specifications, testing and implementing the automated solution, and guide/manage overall SAP team for development and testing.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge/certification of S4 HANA and Scrum Master/Agile Coach can be additional benefits.
- Strong client‑facing experience, great communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced Excel‑based data analysis.
- Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinate work delivery between onsite and offshore.
- Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. You should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face‑to‑face.
