Insurance Product Leader - Digital Experience Delivery - Remote

Remote within the United States – excluding Hawaii and Alaska

• Operate as a business product leader in a business‑led, technology‑enabled delivery model, owning successful delivery of personal lines insurance and AAA products through digital sales and service experiences across multiple distribution channels.
• Execute go‑to‑market strategies and tactics, driving digital experience innovation through emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning.
• Own key performance indicators tied to initiatives and deliver insights in robust reporting and analytics to monitor performance.
• Lead product delivery, shaping strategy for delivery platforms and executing design for flawless delivery across multiple distribution channels.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, implement advanced technologies, and enhance risk assessment methodologies.
• Assess, select, and implement innovative software and tools, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics solutions.
• Continuously design and enhance CSAA IG experiences focusing on user feedback and product performance.
• Support product strategy execution with minimal guidance, providing insights, cost‑benefit analyses, and business roadmaps.
• Collaborate across cross‑functional teams (product, actuarial, risk, marketing, distribution, IT, etc.) and communicate progress, challenges, and results to leadership.
• Advise on policies and procedures, monitor performance, and maintain controls to ensure deliverables meet expectations.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 6 years of progressively responsible product management experience.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines product, customer experience, financial drivers of product profitability, distribution, rating/underwriting, and related industry regulations.
• Understanding of core insurance business processes and digital product delivery.
• Capability to partner and co‑lead across functional teams, with excellent strategic, organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, project management techniques, and business writing.
• Preferred: advanced degree, CPCU, insurance studies or actuarial exams, certifications in digital/AI/ML, experience with Guidewire Cloud, Jutro Digital Platform (JDP) or other Guidewire applications.

• Strong technical knowledge within specialized area through continuous learning.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud, Jutro Digital Platform (JDP) or other Guidewire applications.
• Experience with AI/ML and product delivery technologies.
