Client Insights LeadAs a Client Insights Lead, you will create and lead the analytics strategy for an account by transforming client business objectives, media strategy, and cross‑channel performance data into clear measurement plans, learning agendas, and actionable recommendations. You will connect data across channels, reports, and methods to help clients understand what is happening, why it matters, and what they should do next.
This role is highly client‑facing and requires strong analytical fluency, business judgment, storytelling, and the ability to translate data into practical marketing decisions.
- Learn the client’s business, media strategy, and shape annual learning agendas, testing plans, and analysis roadmaps.
- Anticipate and recommend measurement approaches to evaluate media effectiveness, assess tactical performance, and support channel expansion decisions.
- Maintain a holistic understanding of client objectives and marketing strategy to proactively identify high‑value questions.
- Deliver clear, concise insights that help clients and internal teams make stronger business and marketing decisions.
- Listen actively to client signals of health and proactively address issues through stronger communication and insight delivery.
- Use business intelligence tools and dashboards (e.g., Bliss Point) to support insight generation, recommendation development, and client storytelling.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, dashboards, workflow clarity, and scalability of account‑level insight delivery.
- Lead the development of analytical capabilities such as segmentation, campaign evaluations, custom reporting, dashboard logic, and cross‑channel performance analysis.
- Conduct quality‑control procedures for analysis, reporting, and data visualization.
- Use SQL and analytical tools to extract, validate, and interpret data for client decisions.
- Collaborate with media, client strategy, and analytics counterparts to ensure measurement outputs feed into future planning, optimization, and investment decisions.
- Stay informed on evolving analytics, experimentation, attribution, and performance measurement practices and apply that knowledge to improve account strategy.
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics roles working with clients.
- Proven track record of building or leading learning agendas, testing roadmaps, reporting approaches, and measurement recommendations tied to client goals.
- Strong BI fluency: skills in Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with structured data environments such as Snowflake, Redshift, or other cloud data tools.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing structured marketing data.
- Excellent understanding of statistics, testing, and analytical methods; experience with R and/or Python is preferred.
- Strong data storytelling ability: turning complex data into clear, concise, decision‑oriented narratives.
- Business judgment and ability to connect insights to business outcomes and client priorities.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills; ability to manage time effectively across clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across external and internal teams.
Hiring salary range: $105,000 - $125,000. Incentive pay program (Rev Share) includes a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
