Trillium Professional is now seeking an Epic Beacon Protocol Analyst a contract opportunity!

This is a remote position with 25% travel. The project is 4/13/2026 - 9/25/2026 (possible extension).

We are seeking an experienced Epic Beacon Protocol Analyst to support oncology-focused initiatives, with a strong emphasis on protocol build, validation, and implementation. This role will play a key part in delivering Beacon solutions across Hematology Oncology and Radiation Oncology workflows, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
-Lead and support Beacon protocol build and validation efforts
-Participate in full lifecycle activities including analysis, design, build, testing, training, and go-live support
-Develop and maintain workflows for Hematology Oncology and Radiation Oncology
-Collaborate with other Epic application teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
-Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to leadership (Beacon Lead / Ancillary Director)
-Contribute to migration strategy and issue resolution
-Work both independently and collaboratively to meet project timelines
-Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to junior team members
-Support additional project-related tasks as needed

Required Qualifications
-Epic Beacon certification (required)
-Minimum 3+ years of Epic Beacon experience
-At least 2 full lifecycle Epic implementations, including go-live support
-Strong hands-on experience with protocol build and validation
-Experience supporting oncology workflows (Hematology/Oncology required; Radiation Oncology preferred)
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required
