We are seeking a skilled ArcGIS Developer with expertise in ArcGIS API for JavaScript v3 and/or ArcGIS API for JavaScript v4. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining GIS applications, integrating geospatial data, and working with APIs to enhance mapping functionalities. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to modify and create dynamic web-based GIS applications to update a permitting system for the NC Department of Transportation that is used for issuing permits to oversized/over-weight trucks traveling on NC highways.
The candidate will be responsible for migrating maps from older versions of ArcGIS to current version and enhancing functionality.
