Senior Solution Architect - Salesforce RCA

The Sr. Salesforce Solution Architect will lead cross-functional project teams to design and deliver best-practice Salesforce architecture.

Job Summary:

-Perform hands-on solution design, solution architectures, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as required in support of assigned projects
-Guide technical project team on Salesforce solution implementation
-Develop best-practice solutions and reusable components/frameworks for future projects
-Provide support to internal consultants within Salesforce Community of Practice
-Partner and present to clients stakeholders and C-suites

Required Skills & Abilities:

Functional and technical experience working with Salesforce RCA

Salesforce Certifications including Admin, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams internally and externally

Ability to manage activities across multiple projects simultaneously

Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills & Exposure:

Experience working with CLM platforms such as Conga or Docu Sign

Knowledge of CPQ, Billing, or ERP systems and processes

Additional Salesforce Certifications including Admin, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant

Education & Experience:

Experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to Salesforce

Experience managing implementations for third parties preferred

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience

A minimum of 4-years Salesforce Administrative experience

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the capacity of in a Consulting role

Physical Requirements:

Ability to travel up to 25% (Global conditions permitting)

Ability to work on a laptop and at a desk for extended periods
