Role Overview

The Forward Deployed Architect (FDA) is a senior technical leader embedded with customers to design, orchestrate, and scale next generation agentic automation across enterprise systems. As the “Data Weaver,” you connect AI to the enterprise—bridging ERP, MRP, PLM, and human workflows through secure, scalable integrations. You will work at the intersection of architecture, data engineering, and AI driven automation, serving as a trusted expert who guides customers through complex technical landscapes while influencing adoption and delivering a best-in-class deployment experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and own technical work streams including integrations, SCIM/LDAP, data pipelines, and advanced automations.
  • Lead architecture for connecting enterprise systems via APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, and modern integration frameworks.
  • Serve as the expert on agent types, agent framework behavior, and AI trust and governance considerations.
  • Partner with customer teams to advise on solution design aligned to supply chain and operational use cases.
  • Enable customer technical resources to master the platform and become self-sufficient.
  • Manage technical deployments across multiple concurrent work streams in rapidly evolving environments.
  • Drive issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to provide technical feedback, shape product evolution, and ensure a gold standard customer experience.
Requirements
  • 8+ years as an Enterprise Solutions Architect for complex business applications (ERP, MRP, PLM preferred).
  • Strong familiarity with CRM/ERP ecosystems;
    Salesforce experience is a significant plus.
  • Proven experience architecting integrations with large enterprise systems.
  • Expertise in ETL/ELT pipelines, API integration, and data governance best practices.
  • Proficiency with REST APIs and scripting experience (Python or JavaScript).
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience responding to customer inquiries related to security, infrastructure, and technical capabilities.
  • Strong technical program management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous work streams.
  • AI curious and eager to work with fast moving, AI first products.
  • Customer obsessed, relationship-driven, and energized by solving hard technical problems in dynamic environments.
  • Seeking candidates who would love to spend time in-person building with customers – Travel expectation: 50%+/-.

Remote & Compensation

This role has been categorized as a Remote position with up to 50%+/- travel involved to client sites. Remote employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and instead work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to OSF Digital. Employees may live in any of the 50 U.S. States with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote‑designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Nevada, Rhode Island, and Vermont, the standard base pay range for this role is $150,000–$200,000 annually. This base pay range is specific to those states and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for competitive benefits, individual and team performance awards, and others.

Actual amounts will vary depending on overall profile, experience, and location.
