- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity and system performance
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and licenses
- Create and maintain custom fields, page layouts, validation rules, and process automations
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decisions
- Provide ongoing user support and training across departments
- Assist with system updates, upgrades, and release management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Monitor system usage and troubleshoot issues as needed
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience
- Solid knowledge of standard and custom Salesforce objects
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with data imports, exports, and manipulation
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
- 100% remote work within the United States
