- Tech & Product Strategy:
Architect and execute the roadmap across IoT, SaaS, AI/ML, and data infrastructure - Collaborate with Product teams to turn customer pain points into scalable solutions
- Drive modular, secure, and resilient architecture across platforms
- Team Leadership:
Build and scale a global engineering organization across hardware, embedded systems, software, Dev Ops, and QA - Recruit, mentor, and inspire top-tier technical talent across continents
- Cultivate a culture of speed, quality, and ownership
- Execution & Delivery:
Own delivery of high-impact engineering projects with speed and precision - Implement agile frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and testing protocols
- Monitor and optimize system performance, uptime, and scalability
- Innovation & Strategic Impact:
Explore frontier technologies (digital twins, edge computing, energy optimization) - Shape long‑term tech vision alongside the CEO and executive team
- Represent the company at industry events and with strategic partners
- Proven success scaling engineering teams (5–100+) in SaaS, IoT, or Climate Tech/Industrial Tech
- Deep expertise in embedded systems, cloud-native platforms, and hardware/software integration
- Experience building enterprise‑grade platforms with high reliability and security
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration with Product and Commercial teams
- Clear communicator who aligns tech vision with business goals
- Hands‑on, execution‑focused, thrives in ambiguity
