About the role

As a visionary leader in this critical role, you’ll spearhead our global, remote team, driving unparalleled service delivery, customer satisfaction, and product-led growth (PLG) in Microsoft 365 technologies. This role requires expertise in Microsoft 365 and a dynamic leadership approach in a remote, gig-based workforce. We seek extraordinary leaders in remote technical support and PLG management who can innovate and experiment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a global, remote team of technical specialists, ensuring top-notch service and adherence to productivity and scheduling standards.
  • Embrace the gig economy’s dynamic environment, fostering a culture of flexibility, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Drive product-led growth by empowering your team to harness Microsoft technologies, aligning with strategic objectives.

  • Advanced analytical skills, with experience managing PLG trackers and safeguarding data integrity.
