One of our companies is currently looking for a Customer Experience Engineer in United States.

This is a pivotal role within a fast-growing cybersecurity company working at the intersection of human intelligence and AI. As a Customer Experience Engineer, you'll play a critical role in the customer lifecycle, helping enterprise clients onboard, integrate, and derive full value from cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. You'll be the technical bridge between product and customer, ensuring seamless deployment, troubleshooting challenges, and advocating for customer needs internally.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead customer onboarding sessions and facilitate smooth technical deployments
  • Deliver customized product training to empower end-users and admins
  • Build Python scripts to support customer-specific API integrations
  • Serve as the main technical contact for customer inquiries and troubleshooting
  • Track and manage support cases using Salesforce and report on customer success metrics
  • Conduct regular customer reviews to monitor health and identify improvement areas
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical challenges are resolved quickly
  • Identify and support upsell opportunities by aligning technical needs with product capabilities
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role within cybersecurity or enterprise software
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, EDR, Data Lakes, and Threat Intelligence
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting and API integrations
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM for customer management
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative, customer-first approach
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities
  • Bonus:
    Industry certifications (e.g. CISSP, CEH), customer success experience, or familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
