We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect to design, optimize, and deliver robust solutions for enterprise-level environments. In this role, you will be responsible for defining scalable architectures, ensuring best practices, and guiding cross‑functional teams through complex Salesforce implementations.

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with enterprise standards and long‑term strategic goals
• Evaluate business requirements and recommend scalable, efficient solutions while minimizing technical debt
• Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to Salesforce administrators and developers
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure technical consistency and high‑quality delivery
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of current Salesforce features, integrations, and emerging technologies
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation, best practices, and technical design standards
• Support and optimize Salesforce integrations across multiple systems and business units
• Oversee delivery milestones and ensure alignment with agile methodologies and business objectives
• Act as a trusted advisor to technical and non‑technical stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Salesforce implementation projects in an enterprise environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Java Script
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder
• Experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Health Cloud
• Proven leadership, communication, and mentoring skills with the ability to guide multi‑disciplinary teams
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a strategic mindset
• Experience with ADO and agile methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across organizational levels
• A proactive, hands‑on approach with excellent relationship‑building skills
• Preferred:
  Salesforce Solution Architect, Technical Architect (CTA), or Designer certifications, along with experience in the health insurance industry

• Competitive salary range: $119,985 - $151,788 USD, with a path for growth up to $169,135 USD based on performance
