- Provide timely support to Abridge users, troubleshooting problems and answering questions
- Gather user feedback to inform product and operational improvements
- Navigate the CRM tool to communicate with users and track resolutions
- Analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Collaborate with the support team to enhance customer experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Tier 1 or Lead Customer Service Support role, ideally within a technology support environment
- Strong spoken and written communication skills, able to convey technical troubleshooting clearly
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Results‑driven with the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast‑paced setting
- Proficiency with computers and comfort in using technology
- Familiarity with privacy and security protocols, particularly in healthcare
- Experience working with CRM/Ticketing systems with rigorous tracking requirements
