• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers while fostering a collaborative and forward‑thinking engineering culture
• Design and architect scalable data warehouse and lakehouse solutions using Databricks and Azure
• Build and optimize data pipelines, ingestion frameworks, and transformation processes
• Implement Dev Sec Ops  principles to ensure security, compliance, and reliability across the data platform
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and environment consistency
• Drive automation across data workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
• Partner with analytics, IT, and business teams to deliver reliable, high‑quality data solutions
• Evaluate and integrate modern technologies, including AI and machine learning, to enhance data capabilities

• Seven or more years of experience in data engineering or data warehouse architecture
• At least three years in a technical leadership or engineering management role
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Databricks, including Delta Lake, Apache Spark, and MLflow
• Experience building and deploying data solutions within Microsoft Azure environments
• Background in Dev Sec Ops , CI/CD, and infrastructure automation
• Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare is preferred
• Strong ability to mentor engineers while remaining technically engaged
