Role Overview:
Use your expertise with Jira and Confluence to simulate real use cases, ticket management flows, and knowledge base interactions for training AI models. Ideal for project managers, scrum masters, QA engineers, or anyone with day-to-day experience managing tickets and documentation in agile environments.
What You'll Do Day-to-Day:
- Simulate ticket creation, grooming, assignment, and sprint planning in Jira.
- Document knowledge articles, release notes, and team handoffs in Confluence.
- Provide examples of labels, filters, dashboards, and permissions setups.
- Create realistic ticket threads and backlog descriptions for engineering teams.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience using Jira and Confluence in a professional context.
- Strong understanding of Agile or Scrum workflows.
- Ability to structure tickets, epics, stories, subtasks, and link dependencies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Roles such as:
Product Owner, QA Tester, Scrum Master, Technical Writer, or Support Engineer. - Experience with Jira automation, permissions, and project configuration.
- Familiarity with integrations (e.g., Git Hub, Slack, Trello).
