IT is looking for entry‑level software programmers, IT enthusiasts, Python/Java developers, data analysts, and data scientists. The role is open to all visas and U.S. citizens.

Recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields who are serious about building a career in the IT industry and have set ambitious goals. Candidates who may lack experience or technical competency, and those who have a career break or visa needs are welcomed. Skill enhancement programs are available for candidates missing required skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT.
• Highly motivated, self‑learner, and technically inquisitive.
• Experience with programming language Java and understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Knowledge of Core Java, JavaScript, C++, or related software programming.
• Experience with Spring Boot, AWS, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with programming language Java and understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Knowledge of Statistics, Python, data visualization tools.

• Power BI, Databricks, Snowflake, NLP, text mining, Tableau, time‑series analysis.
