Senior End to End Test Manager – Jacksonville, FL
FIS Management Services, LLC seeks an experienced Test Manager to manage quality, planning, execution, and reporting of all testing phases across multiple FIS implementations. The role covers functional, UAT, performance, and security testing, ensuring all requirements translate into actionable test strategies and plans. The Test Manager acts as a strategic partner, coordinating with clients, FIS implementation teams, development, and test automation teams to define test strategies and lead end‑to‑end test execution.
The position requires clear communication of objectives, progress, and risk, participation in Go/No
Go decisions, and facilitation of compliance with client and regulatory standards.
- Lead end‑to‑end test case management and execution.
- Coordinate UAT, Business Process Testing, Performance testing, and security testing.
- Ensure business readiness and availability of testers for all end‑to‑end test cases.
- Plan, monitor, and manage execution of test cases.
- Facilitate test automation with the automation team, overseeing the build‑out of automation portfolio.
- Coordinate defect management cycles with implementation, development, and clients.
- Provide reporting to project managers and support Go/No
Go decisions. - Identify and implement best practices, including AI‑driven methodologies and tools.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as requested.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or foreign equivalent) with 10+ years of progressive test management experience, or master’s degree with 8+ years of experience.
- Proven ability to develop holistic test strategy documents with RACI definitions.
- Experience with industry‑standard tools for defect severity, priority, SLAs, test case prioritization, and predictive defect analysis.
- Deep knowledge of all testing phases, entry/exit criteria, and functional test automation tools.
- Proficiency with test management tools for planning, execution, and reporting, including dashboard and template development.
- Ability to quantify RAG status, risk indicators, defect metrics, and provide actionable insights.
Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Travel to client sites is required for approximately 25% of the time.
