IT Associate Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and support of CICD pipelines and tooling (e.g., automation, deployments, integrations).
• Participate in day-to-day squad activities
  , including backlog refinement, daily stand‑ups, and sprint reviews.
• Support incident resolution and problem analysis related to CICD processes and production deployments.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks
  .
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, security, and governance practices
  .
• Contribute to documentation
  , knowledge sharing, and onboarding materials.
• Assist in testing activities (functional, technical validation, pipeline testing).
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities in processes, tooling, and workflows.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of:
  • CICD concepts (pipelines, automation, version control)
  • Dev Ops practices and agile ways of working
• Familiarity with relevant tools and environments (e.g., Git, Azure Dev Ops/TFS, scripting, mainframe or distributed systems depending on your stack).
• Ability to analyze issues and propose solutions with support from senior team members

• Good communication and collaboration skills within a distributed team environment.
• Works on defined tasks with guidance from senior engineers or the Product Owner.
• Gradually increases autonomy in owning small features or enhancements
