About

the Role

This role sits in the Product team of our Digital Building System & Planning (DBSP) vertical, whose function is to provide the essential link in our digital value chain between our physical building planning teams and our product delivery and execution teams, which coordinate the automated production and site assembly of our projects.

As a Product Manager on this team, you will help drive the development of the key digital products which define our building system and enable its scalable application to our growing number of building projects.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage and coordinate the development of the GROPYUS digital products that enable fast and efficient building product design and project planning across the digital value chain
  • Align regularly with our stakeholders across different departments and teams to translate current and future user needs into product requirements
  • Help manage our vertical’s roadmap, together with your product management colleagues and in alignment with the DBSP Heads, our Tech Leads, and their teams of software engineers, to ensure efficient utilisation of resources and a delivery plan in line with our quarterly goals
  • Apply product lifecycle management principles to the development of our products, ensuring steady improvement of the evolving product in terms of cost, quality, and efficiency, while maintaining data consistency across versions
You will work closely with
  • The DBSP Tech software engineering team; one of the Tech Leads will be your working pair from the Technology Business Unit
  • Our embedded designer from the Product Design team, who contributes their expertise to the user experience and the various user interfaces of our products
  • The Building System Team, who together with Building Product and Building Technical Infrastructure (BTI), define the architectural and engineering design of our building system
  • The Product Delivery Team, with whom we interface for the production and assembly of our building projects
  • The Solutions Team, who implements our building system product in our live building projects
What you bring
  • You are a product manager with at least 3+ years of experience, ideally with a BSc or MSc; experience with tech products in the architecture, engineering, or construction sectors is a plus
  • You have experience managing the development of innovative, specialised digital tools, either for internal or external applications; familiarity with architectural or engineering planning software is a plus
  • You enjoy problem solving and excel at finding user‑centric solutions to complex problems with many moving parts and multiple stakeholders
  • You are comfortable and confident in setting high‑level goals aligned with an overall strategy, and breaking these down into features and deliverables in the form of quarterly goals and epic‑level roadmaps for your team
  • You are a skilled communicator and excel at stakeholder management and user communication, able to interpret their needs and goals in a way that can be translated into product features and functions
  • You have a proven ability to operate as a Product Manager within a Product/Tech vertical organisational structure, collaborating closely with cross‑functional engineering, design, and delivery teams
What We Offer
  • An unlimited contract with 30 vacation days
  • Flexible, hybrid work:
You can work from home or come into the office on the schedule that works best for you. Feel like traveling and working from another location? No problem. Tune into meetings and work from abroad for up to 40 days per year. In addition, flex hours allow you to prioritise important moments…
