CAI is seeking a full-time Service Desk Analyst to provide remote Level 1 technical support. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of experience in a Service Desk role and strong customer service skills. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and providing IT support via phone, email, or chat. The position also includes documentation and interaction with customers to diagnose issues effectively. The role requires working weekdays from 1:00 pm-9:00 pm EST.

Salary is $18.00 per hour, with benefits available.
