Overview

Primary support centers include Downers Grove (HQ), Chicago, Springfield, IL;
Phoenix, AZ;
Lansing, Grand Rapids, Milwaukee, and Denver, CO. The role is motivated to make IT happen and supports growth through certification and hands-on training. This is a full-time regular position with remote work available and occasional onsite support at the Downers Grove, IL headquarters.

• Provide network support and administrative functions for Sentinel's national customer.
• Maintain a detail-oriented, technically solid, customer-focused approach.
• Participate in an on-call rotation every 5–6 weeks.
• Remote work with occasional onsite support at Downers Grove, IL headquarters.

• 5+ years of experience in a network engineer or similar role.
• CCNA certification is required.
• CCNP certification is a plus.
• Experience with Cisco, F5, Palo Alto and Meraki is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with a ticketing system;
  Service Now preferred.
• Must have a car; travel between locations and equipment transport may be required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance required.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Demonstrates a "can-do" attitude.

Compensation Range: $70,000-$95,000 annually.
