Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Veeva Vault Administrator with strong hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining, and supporting Veeva Vault (Clinical, Quality, RIM, or Commercial modules). The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of Veeva Vault configuration, security models, workflows, lifecycle management, integration support, and release management within regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage day-to-day operations of Veeva Vault environments.
- Configure vault objects, document types, life cycles, workflows, metadata, and security roles.
- Support user management, access controls, permission sets, and audit controls.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance system functionality.
- Troubleshoot production issues, coordinate fixes, and ensure minimal service disruption.
- Support validation, change control, and release management activities.
- Collaborate with QA, Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, and IT teams to align Vault configurations with business processes.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, admin guides, configuration documentation, and system SOPs.
- Assist with integrations to external platforms (e.g., Salesforce, CTMS, ERP, eTMF, RIM, Promo Mats).
- 8-10+ years of experience in Life Sciences IT / GxP / Regulated environments.
- 5+ years hands-on experience administering Veeva Vault (any module).
- Strong understanding of Vault security model, lifecycle & workflow configuration, document management and metadata.
- Experience supporting change control, CAPA, compliance documentation, and system validation (CSV).
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Veeva Vault Certification(s).
- Experience with Veeva Quality Suite (QMS, eTMF, RIM, Promo Mats).
- Knowledge of API / Integration concepts or experience with Veeva Vault API / Veeva Connect.
