- Key Responsibilities
" Collaborate with business teams to understand ways of working and translate requirements into detailed process maps.
" Design and document business process flows using tools such as Microsoft Visio or Mural.
" Analyze and optimize workflows for DNA/RNA sequencing, Request Management, Advanced Storage & Logistics, and Package Management.
" Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure accurate requirement gathering and solution design.
" Stay updated on Lab Vantage latest features and leverage them to enhance business processes.
" Work in an agile methodology, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative solution design.
" Engage with customers closely to understand pain points and deliver tailored solutions.
" Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
" At least 8+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in Lab Vantage and working on requirement gathering, Architecture, Design and Detailing of Functionality and Processes /Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
" Strong functional knowledge of Lab Vantage LIMS and its latest features.
" Hands-on experience in creating business process flows using Visio or Mural.
" Familiarity with DNA/RNA sequencing workflows, Request Management, Advanced Storage & Logistics, and Package Management.
" Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
" Proven ability to work in agile environments and deliver high-quality solutions.
" Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
" Experience in integration projects involving Lab Vantage and other enterprise systems.
