TEEMA Solutions Group is looking for a Help Desk Specialist II to provide advanced IT support in a remote flex environment. This role is primarily focused on troubleshooting complex technical issues and delivering exceptional user support 24/7.
Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of experience in IT support, with strong proficiency in Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. Applicants must be US citizens and available for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
Certifications like CompTIA A+ and experience with Service Now are highly preferred.
