Description

Allowing self owning devices. Bring your own device will affect around 9000 lines that will need to be assisted with. It is a 2026 initiative and could last all year. These 2 will be working different shifts to support any calls that come in for device transition. These 2 will be giving permissions, routing numbers, and giving passwords and pins.

The shifts are 7am-4pm; with a 1 hour lunch. Every other Saturday from 9am-6pm where you can work from home.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
