Overview:

We are seeking a versatile AI Conversation Specialist to join our team. This role involves leveraging AI to enhance business operations and streamline processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI conversations, data aggregation, and prompt engineering, along with a strong understanding of business processes and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Conversations & Prompt Engineering:
  Develop and manage AI conversations to make AI tools useful and promote their use within the company. Assist team members in understanding and utilizing AI effectively.
• Data Aggregation:
  Set up and maintain data systems to support AI functionalities. Ensure data is organized and accessible for AI applications.
• Power BI Analytics:
  Manage and maintain Power BI data, focusing on operational aspects. Transition non-essential Power BI tasks to AI-driven solutions.
• Process Understanding:
  Shadow and analyze business processes to identify data needs. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI integration.
• Presentation Creation:
  Use AI to generate presentations for monthly events and other occasions.
• Rotational Program:
  Participate in rotational programs to gain a comprehensive understanding of company operations and contribute to various stages of planning, modeling, and operations.
• Integration & Innovation:
  Understand integration points and interconnections within the company. Apply an innovation and fail-fast mindset to drive improvements.

  Work on-site to maximize value and facilitate collaboration. Remote work may be considered but is less preferred.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in AI applications/prompt engineering.
• 5+ years in software programming and data manipulation.
• Skills:
  
  Strong analytical skills, prompt engineering, AI conversation development, Power BI management, and basic coding abilities.
• Mindset:
  Innovative, adaptable, and capable of fast learning and application.
• Communication:
  Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.

Required Skills : 5+ years of experience with data modeling, database administration, and data manipulation 1+ years of experience with AI utilization and development

Experience with SQL and Python Strong communication skills Ability to work with business stakeholders
