14644 - Operational Readiness Coordinator (onsite) - Miami, FL
Start Date : ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration :12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.
Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Miami, FL (required);
- Experience with system implementations
- Experience with PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations)
- Experience with Excel (tracking, reporting, data analysis)
- Experience with JIRA (task and defect management)
- Experience with Concise presentations
- Experience with Entry/exit ORT criteria
- Bachelors degree
- Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple work streams
- Partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables
- Develop clear, concise presentations for leadership updates and decision-making
- Define and document entry and exit criteria for ORT phases and milestones
- Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria
- Consolidate inputs and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies
- Utilize tools such as JIRA (and Qmetry where applicable) to manage testing activities and track progress
- Gain experience with one of the world's largest solar and wind energy providers, which last year briefly became the most valued U.S. energy company;
- Work with a great team of professionals and learn newest technologies and approaches;
