Your Role

As a Senior Success Factors Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to our international clients, leading the design, enhancement, and continuous improvement of SAP Success Factors solutions. In this role, you will combine strong functional expertise with technical understanding, support end‑to‑end implementations, guide clients through best practices, and collaborate with our global Success Factors team to deliver high‑quality results.

Your Project

Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. Working across diverse industries, we support our clients in achieving their business transformation goals.

We are hiring in Wrocław, Poznań and Gdańsk!

Your Tasks

* Provide technical support and develop SAP Success Factors solutions for international clients.

* Participate in requirements analysis, configuration, and testing activities according to client needs and project guidelines.

* Design concepts for new functionalities, advise clients on best practices, and implement recommended changes.

* Work closely with our international Success Factors team to ensure high‑quality solution delivery.

* Conduct training sessions for client teams on Success Factors processes and functionalities.

* Prepare engaging presentation materials for client workshops and knowledge‑sharing sessions.

Your Profile

* Minimum 4 years of experience working with various SAP Success Factors modules, including hands‑on implementation and application support.

* Strong background in analyzing, designing, and optimizing HR business processes within Success Factors.

* Experience managing or contributing to SAP Success Factors projects.

* Valid SAP Success Factors certifications, ideally in multiple modules.

* Very good command of English or German (proficiency in both is a strong asset).

* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
