A hands-on Implementor with mid or senior level Agiloft implementation experience, adept at building feature rollouts and PROD app maintenance, incident management etc.
" Work on a product team in implementation of Agiloft product capabilities configured to Ford requirements
" Drive system configuration and deployment activities across the engagement
" Assist business in gathering requirements and define metadata and other elements needed for new feature or CR implementation
" Validate and test the required changes functional and integration testing, Agiloft release upgrades etc.
" Assist Users on any configuration changes, quick troubleshooting for user base in PROD
" Agiloft enhancements, maintenance cycles and production support
