Position Title

Applications Analyst II

40 hours per week;
Monday through Friday

Remote

Minimal travel to Massachusetts required. On‑call rotation is required one week per month.

This role focuses on the design, development, and implementation of information technology (IT) solutions to meet the organization’s needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems, applications infrastructure, and the management of the IT infrastructure. The role also includes client applications support duties such as designing, developing, implementing, updating internal IT applications, coding, testing, debugging computer programs, and preparing systems documentation and training.

It is a professional individual contributor role that may direct the work of other lower‑level professionals or manage processes and programs, with a majority of time spent overseeing design, implementation, or delivery of processes and policies using specialized knowledge and skills usually acquired through advanced education.

Perform IT application implementation, optimization, and support activities. Work on moderately complex to complex applications that are critical to operations. Work independently with minimal technical guidance and lead small to medium‑size complex projects with oversight.

• High school diploma or equivalent and eight (8) years of relevant experience
• Associate degree in information technology, finance, clinical field, or related field and six (6) years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, finance, clinical field, or related field and four (4) years of relevant experience
