Sr. Manager, IT Performance and Governance - Remote

• Drive IT performance, governance, and transparency to ensure technology initiatives align with business goals.
• Develop and maintain CIO dashboards and operational metrics, leveraging insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Partner with IT leadership to define IT objectives and key results, ensuring alignment with enterprise and business goals, and champion a culture of accountability.
• Build, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, perform governance assurance, and drive process improvements across IT governance areas.
• Establish and manage vendor governance structures, oversee vendor performance, conduct risk assessments, and ensure contractual alignment and SLA compliance.
• Create a collaborative, inclusive, and psychologically safe environment; foster trust, model cultural norms, and deliver strategy through an enterprise lens.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT operational performance management, IT governance, or related roles.
• Strong background in IT metrics, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing IT governance frameworks, policies, and compliance programs.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using dashboards and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Superb communication and collaborator management skills, with the ability to develop a culture of accountability and performance measurement within IT.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and leading sophisticated IT contracts.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, ITIL, or PMP are a plus.

• Master’s Degree.
• Strong ability to shape company culture and stimulate ownership mindset.
