Senior Implementation Project Manager

Position Summary

Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact software implementation projects for global enterprise customers. Responsible for driving successful deployment, adoption, and measurable outcomes of DTN’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Results-as-a-Service (RaaS) solutions in a fast‑paced, matrixed SaaS environment.

• Lead planning and execution of customer implementation projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Establish and manage project governance structures, including steering committees, risk management processes, and escalation paths.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors, communicating status, risks, and milestones.
• Facilitate discovery and requirements sessions to align DTN’s SaaS and RaaS solutions with customer goals and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to ensure seamless delivery.
• Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and drive momentum from onboarding through go‑live and early adoption.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and value realization frameworks.

• 7+ years managing customer‑facing SaaS implementation projects, ideally with outcomes‑based or RaaS delivery models.
• Proven track record delivering complex software implementations on time and within budget.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and SaaS delivery methodologies.
• Experience aligning solution capabilities to customer business needs, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum, or similar) preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% (including international travel).
