[Responsibilities]

- Oversee daily activities of offshore/nearshore leads and teams, ensuring high-quality technical delivery
- Provide hands-on technical oversight for all phases of the SDLC, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and production implementation
- Conduct code reviews, approve merge requests, and ensure adherence to best practices
- Reverse engineer code to assess current states and identify improvement opportunities
- Meet with business partners and stakeholders to communicate updates, escalate issues, and contribute to execution strategies
- Collaborate with other Technical Leads to share knowledge, address challenges, and drive process improvements
- Analyze and optimize development processes to increase efficiency and quality

[Required Skills and Experience]

- 8+ years of Java development experience with strong proficiency in web API concepts
- Proven delivery manager or technical project lead experience, capable of leading diverse teams
- In-depth understanding of SDLC and CI/CD pipeline concepts
- Demonstrated expertise in code reviews and approving merge requests
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Process analysis experience
- Familiarity with SAFe methodology

[Preferred Skills]

- Experience with AI-driven code review tools (e.g., Copilot)
- Proficiency with Spring Boot and Gitlab
- Previous USAA or insurance industry experience
